The items you wish to return must be unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition.

You have14 days from the delivery date to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shopvoyant.com.

If you request a return for an order placed using a promotion, the items not returned will be processed at their regular (non-discounted) price.

Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

If the order is not accepted upon delivery and gets returned to us, all shipping costs—including return shipping—will be charged to the customer.

Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–8 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
