At Voyant, we place great importance on the processing and safeguarding of your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"). 1. Methods of Collecting Personal Data

As Voyant, in our capacity as the data controller and within the framework of our legal obligations derived from regulations, we collect personal data through verbal, written, or electronic methods via our website, social media channels, mobile applications, and similar channels. We gather personal data to allow our customers to benefit from our services, inform them about our campaigns upon their consent, record suggestions and complaints, enhance our service standards, and determine and implement Voyant's business and commercial strategies.

2. Processing and Purpose of Personal Data

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Voyant may share your personal data only with your explicit consent or, under the framework of legal privacy and security principles, domestically or abroad with group companies, business partners, customers to whom we provide services, suppliers, audit firms, or public institutions authorized to request this data. Such sharing is done with adequate security measures and solely to maintain business activities, manage relations with customers, provide services, offer benefits, and improve service quality.

4. Rights of Personal Data Owner as per Article 11 of the Law

Voyant will respond to the following requests by data subjects:

  • a) To learn if Voyant processes personal data related to them and, if so, what data is processed,
  • b) To obtain information about the purposes of the processing activity,
  • c) To know third parties to whom Voyant transfers personal data domestically or abroad,
  • d) To request the correction of any incomplete or incorrect personal data,
  • e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law,
  • f) To request notification of any rectification, deletion, or destruction of personal data to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • g) To object to any outcome that arises to the detriment of the data subject solely due to analysis by automated systems, and
  • h) To request a copy of their personal data.
